Mini Pot Pies

This recipe is in a previous post, but I decided to post it again because we made them again this week and there were just as tasty and still a big hit! Super Dad likes them the best, I think ;)

Mini Pot Pies - crazy good!

2 cups of cooked, diced chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup of frozen mixed veggies
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Tbs. of dried thyme
1/2 Tbs. of dried basil
1 tsp. of onion powder
1 tsp. of garlic salt
2 - 10 ounce cans of Pillsbury biscuits (not the giant kind)

-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except the biscuits)
-Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin and place the biscuits into each cup, pressing them in the bottom and up the sides
-Evenly spoon the pot pie mixture in each biscuit cup.
-Put in the oven for 15 minutes
-Let rest for 3 minutes, then enjoy!
