Printmaking is a creative way for kids to see cause and effect and there are many
different techniques! Today we made prints with muffin tins.
Muffin Tin Prints
What You Need
- Muffin tins of any size
- paint and brushes
What To Do
1. Paint on the bottoms of the muffin tins.
Busy got more in-depth with this, making
various designs using lots of colors.
2. Put the paper down on the tins trying not
to move it around too much.
3. Pull up the paper and see your print!
Using muffin tins for printmaking makes clean up a breeze! We washed the colors off the tins and started all over again using different colors and designs. This one is a good one for when friends come over or for the babysitter. They can just throw the muffin tins in the sink and be done!
